Default Mission to Pluto?

is the Nasa mission to Pluto still on? if so when is it due to blast off and
how long will it take to get there?

I've just read in the last "Astronomy now" that the New horizons mission is
due for lauch in 2006, will get gravity assists from jupiter in 2007, and
pass pluto and charon in 2015, before continuing on to the Kuiper belt where
it will be active for 5-10 years..
