I knew it! Thanks for clearing all that up. Damn Klingons! Kirk was
right- you just can't trust them!

I am a lament. Is it at all possible for an object such as a comet or
large asteroid to be present in our solar system and always be
obstructed from our view? Is there any way we could be completely
blindsided by something big?

No, but always at the opposite of the Sun is the Q'atliWat, a cloaked
Klingon warbird not familiar with the fact that we made peace with them
in the 24th century.

They're waiting to strike and destroy Earth. But they won't; we know,
because we saw the Earth in one piece in the 24th century on our TV-sets
and Lieutenant Worf fraternizing with Captain Jean-Luc Picard.

Commander William Riker in the meantime is desperately trying to beam
back to the 22th century, to 'meet' subcommander T'Pol. His marriage
with Deanna Troy (you remember the "Star Trek Nemesis" documentary in
theaters across the world) became a drag. And he wasn't telepathic at
all, so there was some incommunicado. And Beverly Crusher tried to dump
that irritating milksop son Wesley at their place all the time.

Thanks in advance for serious responses.

You're welcome.

Klingon's? Wimps, it's the Shadow Ship hidden on Mars that's awaiting
it's time.
