Default Linear C2002 T7 pic

Comet Linear 2002 T7 in Tri is a nice object tonight with short
eastward pointing tail. Spectrum taken previous evening shows
essentially reflected sunlight and no obvious emission lines.
Has any obvious cyan colour been recorded?

Hi Maurice,

There have been a few recent colour images posted on the Yahoo group
comets-ml, but no real colour showing in the tail currently. Unlike 2P Encke
which showed cyan very nicely

Thanks Robin - I've reposted the image and spectrum for better
clarity.

Yes - the coma seems cyan as 'normal' in this LRGB image - my
spectrum is of the brighter nucleus which is essentially 'colourless'.
