I am wondering if these conditions were just local (the mountains can
do strange things) or whether it is the same throughout? I have booked
up to go to Gran Canaria next year, Puerto Rico, Am I in for the treat
I had thirty years ago, or will it be the same there as well?

I admit my geography isnt as good as it should be, but isnt there a
big set of scopes at La Paz which is around where you were somewhere?.

I was only half watching a TV show about them the other day, and the
skies looked really good from there.
And its probably no use to you at all, but the best skies I have ever
seen are on the reclaimed land that is now the new singapore airport,
and in the middle of the australian outback
