Default CELL.EXE?

Where might I find a copy of this old (DOS based I think) mirror cell
designing program. I'm using PLOP, but would like a look at this one also.

It shoud be he ftp://ftp.seds.org/pub/software/pc/optic/. Found it with a
Google search.

Thanks to all who pointed me to this program. Now if I can only get the
porgram to print its output under Linux I will be happy (it runs under
dosbox, but I can't figure out the hpgl printer file output scheme yet).

Just a note of caution: CELL attempt to place equal weight on each pad.
PLOP has shown that this is not optimal form almost any arrangement of
pads behind the mirror surface. In effect, CELL was THE tool until PLOP
came around.
