"There is a palpable buzz here at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in
Pasadena, California that something wonderful is about to happen in the
exploration of Mars. "

Oh my God! I think they may have found bin laden!

I always thought those minarets looked a lot like rockets.

Is Levine delusional? Is he really into Sci-Fi? Is Mars a "water world"?
Tune in next
week for a final word from JPL.

All yoking aside..why not? Raindrops keep falling up the mud.

The last time I heard the phrase "something wonderful is about to
happen," Keir Dullea (sp?) ignited Saturn.

Given the apparent science data embargo since Feb. 4 coupled with the comments
and speculations at the above-cited site, "something" interesting has been
discovered, and not just (sub)surface brine.

With flights of fancy, one can speculate small fossils, coprolites from
"something" larger, or even living (micro)organisms. Given the ubiquitous
amino acids universe-wide, life is surely everywhere.

From another ng

This terrestial organisms match marsian "gemmules" very closely.

Some here really don't read too closely. The space.com article speculates
RAINDROPS falling
up to the surface..NOT organisms

Only superficially. The guy promoting this idea is clearly a nut.
