Default Save Hubble, Dump ISS

Why are we still pouring $$$ into the ISS? What good is that tin can? Are
they getting money for setting records for time in space? What a pure waste
of money that hunk of junk is. Go to the moon, build a base. Get there
before the Chinese set up shop.
