Hello Guys

Our SEMI APO will use KzFS1 with a very obvious performance boost
over
the ACHRO. Some people ask me why I would want to tell my optical
design.
They say someone will copy it. Well, coping is the easy part. Now lets
see them
find the glass and sell it for anywhere near my price. Other
individuals have
warned me not to send out my samples as people will take them apart
and copy
the design. Ok what if they do, you still have to make it and there is
still the
problem of trying to beat my price.
Let me make a prediction, this year you will see the price of
binoviewers, premium eyepieces and APO scope fall dramatically. To
this I say: your

Bill, before all of us shall be frightened of your predictions, let to
set some questions.


1. Will the prices for 11" and 16" MCT (which you also promised) fall
this
year too?

2. Will the prices for 9" refractors (APOs?) fall this year? Which 9"
refractors will you offer? APOs?, Semi-APOs?, Achros? What Tom Back
promised you about color correction? 2x better than in achromats? 3x
better? 10x better? Did you ever saw any 9" refractor in person?
Did you ever saw YOUR 9" refractor, unless in your nightdreams? What
was it's dreamed quality?

3. Tom Back seems to be the designer of your promised telescopes. If
you will fullfill the market with his newly designed refractors, what
Tom will do with his former "TMB refractors"? Will he eat them? :-)
Will he sell _your_ refractors then?


3. Did you ever compared you binos vs other binos? What the results?
Same about eyepieces? Can you call your binos and eyepieces as
high-end ones?
If yes, then why?


4. What will you do if 16" chinese MCT will be same well made, as 1026
????
The same questions about achromats, semi-KzFs1, truly KzFs-1, 3x
and 10x better than achromats, about 9" refractors, about 11" MCT.
Will you rent a fleet of slow boats to transport all these goods (for
re-make) to China?
Will you invite an army of equipment pre-testers?


5. H-a filters? Are they in your sleeve too?


6. Why limit yourself with small astro-market? Why not try to capture
automotive
market? Why not offer chinese versions of Lexus, BMW etc?


Some kind of killers were predicted by another overenthusiastic
dealer.
Where all these APO-killers? Now he likes APOs most of all! And the
prices -
oh ho ho!!!


Now we see a market-killer!
