Default OT-PC help...please

For months now, I've had Norton flashing that I have a Sub 7 TH. I finally
downloaded a program (from Symantec) to get rid of the bugger. I ran it and
the program found nothing, but Norton keeps flashing same Sub 7 warning. So
my question is this: Is it possible that I have some software
incompatibility which Norton sees as a Sub 7? If yes, how can I correct?

This is not the place to ask. I'd call Norton support. Also Google for
newsgroup postings about this problem. If you Google for "Norton Sub 7" you
might get something.

Note also that some viruses are extremely hard to remove. You may have to
boot in safe mode in order to run the utility that gets rid of this one.
