Default Yucca Valley = No Go

I should have known that the trip to there on Oct.25th I was planing would have
come to a crashing end!

Today stated off fine and most of the day it went ok, even was staying in my
budget when I went to wal-mart to get some new pants.

Was about 3/4th the way home when the truck became over heated and I was forced
to stop. Temp gage didn't say it was to hot, but engine said otherwise. Opened
hood and a water hose had blown, so 2 hours later and big jug of water I got it
home. Then after putting some tape on it I got to the parts place and a new
hose, that blew my budget to say the lest.

To ease the stress, I loaded the scope up and headed to the corner and set up
there. Only a man and wife stopped by, but we had a good talk and they got to
see Mars and they where stopped from buying a wal-mart scope too.

what a mixed up day.

It's a good thing to remember that the temp gauge won't work at all if
there's no water for the thermostat. I learned this the hard way one
winter weekend at Tahoe when the gauge never moved, and the heater
never got hot.
