If anyone ever is near the High Mojave Desert area of Calif. (Palmdale /
Lancaster, etc) and have a scope with you or want to use Babylon 8, I have a viewing site that while is not the darkest on earth isn't to bad off and it's at a place where any cars/trucks coming near would be spotted miles away. The spot is not far from Rosamond. I could guild you there as I go there myself and I've had no one ever bother me while there at night. -- "In this universe the night was falling, the shadows were lengthening towards an east that would not know another dawn. But elsewhere the stars were still young and the light of morning lingered: and along the path he once had followed, man would one day go again." Arthur C.
