Default Giant alcohol oceans possible?

Is it possible that there is a planet somewhere who has giant alcohol
(ethanol) oceans just like earth has giant water oceans?

Could there be lifeforms on such a planet and if yes, would these
lifeforms be drunk around the clock?

try Titan, already been theorized by NASA. Think of the party cruises
there....

Near the town of Vääksy in Finland is a lake called Vesijärvi, which means
literally "water lake". Surely there's no need to prefix the word for water
unless - surely not - there exists a lake of something else.

I put it down there, and when I went back to it, there it was GONE!

I have seen a lake of oil,
produced by a large oil spill, perhaps that what is on Titan.
