Default IT'S A BIRD! IT'S A PLANE! NO! IT'S THREE UFOs

This is one of the most compelling UFO stories you'll ever read,
leaving little doubt thatextraterrestrials exist and have been
watching us for a long time.

It happened at the Fort MacArthur / L.A. Air Force Base near San
Pedro, Calif. in 1965.

In early evening -- long before dusk -- one of the base's War Room
technicians was in the barracks when he received a message to phone
the base's commander immediately.

Such an urgent call was not common but, whenever it happened before,
it turned out that the "emergency" was the result of malfuctioning
equipment .

"However, as instructed, I immediately phoned the Colonel and he
screamed,
"Get here (to the War Room) NOW!" the technician told me.

He promptly left the barracks and, when outside, he said he was
shocked to see three circular disks hoovering over the base.

"I had never seen anything like it before," the
technician revealed. "They were grayish and each appeared to be about
35 feet in diameter."

The technician hurried to the War Room and was promptly instructed to
check the radar equipment for a possible malfuction.

When he did, he found it to be in good working order.

"The screen showed three blimps on the screen right over the base --
undoubtedly the three mysterious circular aircraft that I had just
seen with my own eyes," he told me.

"I reported this to the Colonel and, while with him, he began barking
orders (to those under his command) that nothing of the incident be
discussed with anyone off the base unless over the (Top Secret)
security phone or via the teletype machine.

"The three circular UFOs remained over the base for 43 minutes --
visible to the naked eye and also on radar before they suddenly
disappeared."

So not one person on the base had a camera?

Ed Conrad is the biggest ****ing joke on Usenet.

There were no "UFOs". Also, the Los Angeles Air Force Base is not at
Ft. MacArthur. They are 15 miles apart.

That's a good point, although shiny disks in the daytime sky may have
been a lost cause for the typical camera and Kodak film having such
poor dynamic range.

Seems there still should have been a few dozen frames of exposed film.
