VBA or Javascript Code - coordinate conversion

I'm looking for some code that converts bewteen galactic and equatorial coordinate systems. I have Meeus and Duffett-Smith's books,
but would like to not reinvent writing some code. Even a snippet of C or Basic code would help.

I don't remember ever having put any code for galactic/equatorial
coordinate conversion there.... I don't even have such formulae
there....
