Seems like that is the major challenge. As an advert for an event
requiring an audience that OP has failed on just about all counts.
Who, When, Where and What are pretty basic.

Alas the answer to where is missing.

Even Google is your enemy on this one. The only vaguely plausible
combination of "Tabby lecture hall" I found was a dental symposium in
Germany which by sheer fluke contained all three keywords.
