Default in an Atom Totality, whether the overall Cosmos has a magnetic moment

I have to contemplate whether the overall Universe itself is a MECO
just as the MECO discovered for quasar Q0957+561

The universe as an Atom Totality is a big atom, so would it have
an overall magnetic moment?

I would say that the magnetism of a One Atom Universe would be
the distribution of the mass-matter which would be the electron
distribution for living creatures. That means the distribution of
galaxies themselves is the magnetic moment.

That would mean that we have dense distribution near the nucleus
of the Atom Totality and sparse mass further out.

So that we would see alot of quasars near the nucleus and
almost none in the less dense regions.

Physics wise, is not a MECO the simple fact that Quantum
Mechanics does not have or allow an electron to slowly lose
energy and fall into the nucleus of the atom? Is not quantum
mechanics the simple fact that a electron orbits forever the
nucleus without losing energy? And that is what a MECO is
on a larger scale, that it radiates out the mass converted into
energy so long as there is mass available.

So a MECO is merely the large scale Quantum Mechanics feature
that energy does not become a "negative quantity such as a
black-hole" In other words, the universe operates purely on
Quantum Physics, not a gravity physics.

whole entire Universe is just one big atom
