Default Multiple kill vehicle

Interesting ABM concept; a large primary ABM "bus" heads toward a
incoming warhead(s) and decoys and dispenses small (around ten-pound)
independent kill vehicles that then intercept all the warheads and
decoys, eliminating the need to discriminate between the two:

So, the race becomes one between how many decoys can fit on the ICBM
vs how many kill vehicles can fit on the ABM bus. Strange game...
with my apologies to Joshua...

I guess it isn't a MAD MAD MAD MAD world anymore?

And that's what's making our Pat and his company of brown-nosed
minions and clowns into happy campers.

I guess since we've got them, we should by all means use them. The
sooner we get WWIII over with, the sooner the recovery process and
that of our global domination can start.

According to Pat Flannery, there's nothing to worry about.

The world is obviously sick, and the only God approved surefire cure
is a thermal nuclear exchange.
