Hello. I was wondering if someone would be so kind as to explain, or point
me to some reference that explains, how to determine the upper-limits for censored objects in the IRAS surveys. If I am not mistaken, the running rms was not kept track of because of the limitations of the system then. So how does one get a good estimate of it? TIA |
