It has some minimal vibration that lasts less than 1 second. The only issues are some minimal backlash in the azimuth adjustment between the tee and the vertical pipe and the need for the vertical pipe to be pretty vertical (in other words you can't put the mount on too much of sloped or slanted ground) for the azimuth adjustment between the tee and the vertical pipe to work as well as it can.
