Default Iridium satellite gateways?

How many Ka-band terrestrial gateways does Iridium Satellite LLC
currently operate?

At one point, I gather that 12 commercial gateways and one DoD gateway
(in Hawaii) were up and running.

What's the current situation? Some reports give the impression that
only the commercial gateway at Tempe, AZ and the DoD gateway in Hawaii
are currently operational.

Anyone know for sure?

Thanks.
