Bert, when the mafia ran the lottery (numbers racket) there was a fair
payout. Now that state governments run the lottos, they skim much
more off the top than the mafia ever dared. And then from what is
paid out, the IRS takes a big chunk of it back again. So most money
spent on lotto tickets ends up staying in the government coffers!

Easy to remember,and no one else do I share the pot with. The probable
chance these numbers will come out by the year 2654 give ot take 500
years. Still a;ll the LOTTO money goes into Florida's school system.

Bert, they say if you don't play you can't win. But also, if you
don't play you can't lose! That's why I don't play.

Let the people who are having all those kids pay for the damn school
system! The school system just turns out more educated workers who
compete with me for the best jobs, and therefore actually works
against my best interests.
