Default USAF space plans discussed

USAF space plans are to flout international law again. BRBR

Not making any statement for or against US policy, but important background:

Acutally, the Outer Space Treaty forbids only the stationing of WMD in space.
There have been other restrictions proposed, but those treaties have never been
agreed on. The general peaceful character of space is mentioned in most
space-related treaties, but the same language is in the treaties related to the
Law of the Sea, and these have not been interpreted as outlawing navies or
naval warfare.
