Successful Clinton-era X space projects? (was X-43A flightdelayed.)

Okay, we've got X-33, X-34, X-37, X-38, and X-43 that've either failed or
had big-time problems. Were there any X-type space-related projects during
the Clinton era that succeeded?

Only DC-X. Damn Clinton for pushing and signing into law the "Make Aeronautical
Engineering Really Difficult For Big Stupid Bureaucracies" Act of 1993! Damn him!
And how did he find the time while having all that sex in the Oval Office?

George W. Bush, in contrast, has had plenty of time to develop the "Christian
Nutballs and Big Business In Orbit" initiative. This will truly open up the
heavens, from which real Americans can look down upon liberals, gays, eco-nazis,
the National League, and other traitorous losers left squirming on the filthy
Earth.

DC-X, X-40a. X-37 and arguably X-43 haven't had worse problems than the X-15
program.

X-38 was actually reasonably succesful as an X-craft. It was mothballed before
producing an operational prototype, but that really isn't the proper function
of X-craft.
