Default "Dark" Clouds in deep Space

OK I'm thinking "Celestial clouds" the nebula Giant molecular
clouds so big(100 of LY across) Enough stuff to make tens of millions
of stars in just one cloud. We know their chief stuff is the H2
molecule. The rest is helium and "dust" I read this dust is mostly solid
grains of "silicon" and "carbon" Now I'[m thinking nebulas can only be
seen by reflected light. We know hydrogen and helium are transparent. So
that tells us only the silicon, and carbon is what photons can show us.
That fits well with me. I can even think of nebulas with no dust(just
hydrogen and helium) Lets put that with matter that can't be detected
Hmmmm we could say 90% of the universe is missing and those two
gasses give the best answer. Well to sum it up Dust gives
nebulas away. Dust gives nebula their shape. Dust gives the reason why
stars form inside special regions o9f the nebula. I'm looking at the
great Horse neck nebular and its picture is a shadow because of the
light from the stars in its background. Dust the creater of stars. Dust
the creater of humankind. Dust to dust Bert

Bert, I can believe the universe is filled with dust because it keeps
accumulating on everything in my appartment! I wish I had some kind of
filtering system that would remove all the dust from the air so I would
never have to clean!

Double-A A little dust is good for you. We must keep in mind the Sidney
hospital that had to be burned to the ground because it was to clean Go
figure. Back to the nebula. I wonder if a space ship can fly through
those Celestial clouds? Dust could cause friction and create a static
charge, and the space ship end up as a condenser canaster Go figure

D-A, if you leave the dust alone, you will wind up with enough of it to
start your own mini Solar System right in your living room. Drink a bottle
of Tequila to set the entire house a-spinning, to give it that initial
rotational inertia.

Hagar (the horrible) I will bring Carl Sagan's saying We are made of
star stuff to its point of reality It goes like this "We are made of
supernova star stuff" Happy Holidays Hagan (who can be not as
horrible as he might like to be) Bert

Thank you Beeeeert ... hope you had a grand Xmas as well.
Since I'm my own Santa, I got a 50" Plasma Flatpanel.
Life's good.
