transcript of O'Keefe briefing?

I've been looking desperately to find a transcript or video of O'Keefe's
briefing at 4:30 PST today. I did manage to find the budget chart he
had on stage (http://www.nasa.gov/pdf/54873main_bu...rt_14jan04.pdf),
but no transcript, not at nasa.gov nor at c-span.org.

Can anyone help me out here? I'd love to hear the details as well as
see how the Q&A with the media went.

a rough transcript went as follows:

hi my name is Sean O'Keefe and i'm in a job for the rest of my life
together with most of the other folks here at NASA; yes it's business
as usual! we're already setup a team to redefine the president's
speech. we now have a totally new process called MANDATE, this means
whatever we do from now on can't be questioned. the shuttle and ISS
will fly way beyond the next term as will the studies for the X-33
opps X-34, sorry i meant OSP .. oh darn CEV yes thats our new flag(and
footprints)ship is called. for those of you don't know CEV stands for
Countless Enhanced Viewgraphs. the extra budget the president has been

Thanks, but I wasn't asking for a transcript of Bush's speech -- I
already had (and posted) that. I'm asking for a transcript of O'Keefe's
press briefing that followed.

"We haven't worked out what the requirements are for launchers, CEV,
ISS usage and the moon missions and base; we don't know who is going
to do what or where. However, we do know what it is going to cost
(about $150B) and how long its going to take."
