The ALPO Lunar Impact plots list appears to show this Geminid meteor
shower as having some potential to video a meteor impact on the Moon:

The details from the ALPO list a
GEM Dec 14, 2006 05:34 UT -0.5 hrs Moon rises 4.8 hrs before sunrise
zhr = 120 42% impacts on unlit near side w/polar graze = 11 deg
