it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it."14

The spiritual law is simple: "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with
all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind."15

So we too have to straightaway arise and go, remembering Saint Paul's
crucial statement: "Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is
the day of salvation."17 No delays. For those who delay never make
it. They never win the race.

We must remember the story of the tortoise and the hare. The hare kept
delaying and stopping, but the turtle just kept on plodding and won the
race. As a lady once told me: "Plod rhymes with God." That is the
secret: perseverance. Then there can be no question but that we shall
succeed and come at last to the goal-to possess that which is our
eternal heritage.
