By modern standards, Jesus Christ could be considered a liberal (yea,
even likened as a hippie.) He advocated forgiveness, sharing,
considering the other's viewpoint, and hated hypocrisy.

And yet so very few "christians" try to follow his example. I have
always found that funny...

While I've met some true nutbars in the liberal social community, most
have been trustworthy, helpful, and considerate of others. (The only
real issue that I have had trouble in my dealing with liberals, concerns
my interests in HV power projects. They get worried.)

I always figured that the reason most folks go off on a rant against
"the liberals" is sheer jealousy. After all, the liberals have all the
orgies...
