Does stuff like that If Bush can spy on Americans without a court approved warrant, then so can companies, foreign powers, and your next door neighbor! Our Constitution affords us the right to privacy. If Bush thinks that the Constitution does not apply to him, then anyone else who wants to spy on you can do the same with the same justifications. The laws in the USA have always affirmed that a court order is needed to tap a phone line because a court must be shown reasonable evidence that a crime is being committed or may be committed in the near future. Without proven "just cause" a judge will not approve a warrant to wire tap because the judge is protecting your right to privacy given to you by our Constitution, which hundreds of thousands of Americans have died for. If Bush thinks the Constitution is "just a God damned piece of paper" then he is a dictator who does not believe in America, because America is a nation of laws, not of men. The law tells men what they can and cannot do, and Bush broke the law when he invaded our privacy without proven just cause and without a warrant. Once you show basic contempt for the law then what is next? Bush may think he can commit other crimes because he is above the law. That is the way all dictators operate and Bush's insane political agenda is destroying everything America was suppose to stand for. IB make you nervous? What gives you the idiotic idea that your inability to format an article could have that kind or any other kind of effect on anyone, doofus?
