Boeing Air Force Space Systems Wins Northrop Grumman Supplier Excellence
Award

ST. LOUIS, Nov. 9, 2005 - Boeing [NYSE: BA] Air Force Space Systems received
a 2005 Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Supplier Excellence award. The award
recognizes outstanding support of Northrop Grumman's ICBM prime integration
contract safety enhanced re-entry vehicle program.

"We're honored to receive this award," said John Fuller, vice president,
Boeing Air Force Space Systems. "It's another endorsement of the tremendous
work being done by our 500 ICBM employees in Utah, California, and at the
Air Force's ICBM field locations."

The annual award honors suppliers who have made outstanding contributions to
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems' success through technical capability and
commitment to producing quality products and services. Suppliers selected
for recognition are those who meet the highest criteria for delivery,
quality, cost and schedule management, and customer satisfaction.

"The Boeing Company plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our
ICBM sustainment and modernization programs, and we look forward to
continuing that partnership," said Jerry Agee, corporate vice president and
president of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems.

The Safety Enhanced Reentry Vehicle (SERV) Program places Peacekeeper Mark
21 Re-entry Vehicles on Minuteman III missiles. Boeing is modifying
Minuteman flight software as well as Minuteman test and support equipment.

"Awards from our customers let us know that we are listening and responding
to their needs," added Joyce Bricker, Boeing ICBM Systems' Anaheim-based
program manager.
