Default DreamChaser -- HL-20 on hybrids...

Forgot to edit the group list.

It looks sweet, but what's the perfomance of the hybrids, how does
side-mount affect the stack (no ice, though...), what's their TPS, and
is VTHL still viable?

I note that their TPS pushed them away from a design based on X-34; the
pointy shape took them too close their limits.

Also, how has the DreamChaser concept changed since the last time we
discussed it (judging from Google search, it's been away from
sci.space.* for a while)

I might have added .history, but it seems a little precious to use that
group for future history. .policy doesn't seem natural, either, but we
don't have .other-flight-systems yet.
