Flowers loved by astronomers:
Stargazer Lilies,
Aster Novii, and
Sunflowers.

Any other suggestions?

Lithodora: not celestial by name, but the blue flowers are shaped like
stars, and look like a carpet (sky) of stars when the plant is mature.
I suppose you could crop the flowers to leave constellations behind.
