Senate Approves $16.4 Billion Budget for NASA

I noticed that NASA’s budget passed the Senate today, including a $200
million budget increase for funding it needs to get started on a new
lunar exploration plan to be unveiled Monday. The vote was 91 to 4. I’m
interested in knowing who the 4 Senators are that voted against the
increase. Kerry?? Kennedy??

No, they were all Republicans, both Senators from Wyoming and Oklahoma.
The bill covered Justice, State, and other agencies, not just NASA.
Maybe the bill left out some pet project in their home state?
