I noticed that NASA’s budget passed the Senate today, including a $200
million budget increase for funding it needs to get started on a new lunar exploration plan to be unveiled Monday. The vote was 91 to 4. I’m interested in knowing who the 4 Senators are that voted against the increase. Kerry?? Kennedy?? |

The bill covered Justice, State, and other agencies, not just NASA. Maybe the bill left out some pet project in their home state? http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LI...1&vote =00235 |
