ISS power issues

With the CAM and the US Hab unlikely to be completed and the max number
of crew members halved will there be a large margin between utilised
power and available power once all four of the PVA arrays are deployed?
I'm guessing that the cancelled Russian SPP tower was designed with the
(non-existent) Russian science modules in mind.

Could the ISS crew could use these extra watts to run domestic luxury
items like coffee makers, subwoofers and zero-g jacuzzis? :-)

Well, it has been scaled back since then. I think the most recent SPP
was designed with one or both of the Russian commercial modules in
mind (neither of which are finding customers, as far as I know). That
and/or just being able to power the existing Russian segment (Zarya,
Zvezda, etc), which I think might be drawing power from the US half
(although I could be remembering that wrong).

There's also the question of putting the arrays where they will be
less shadowed by the station as it grows.

They'll need to crank up those subwoofers to hear them above the noise
of all the equipment.
