Default Supernova in M51

Note, I have a very good feeling that the 37 million miles figure in the
article is a little out!!

Yep. ... begin to feel all warm and ' toasty ' in under 4 minutes
after THAT supernova blew!

Hi Ray I'm laughing 37 million miles from us is a kind of mistake only I
could make. Reality is we would be dead in minutes if the explosion was
that close.Could they have left out light years? I have a picture of
it hanging in my office. It is entirely face on.and has huge spiral
arms. Bert
