Keep an ear open for what retired CIA official McGovern has to say
about all this. I watched him debate the issue on the McNeil Lehrer
report last night. He sounded professional, objective, and level-headed
to me; and he made plenty of sense.

Nothing is going to come of that nutty circus, with Conyers the head
clown.

McGovern doesn't impress me as a clown or as any part of a circus, yet
he's associated with the call for an inquiry. He comes with excellent
credentials from our CIA (unlike the prime collaborator Dubya recently
hung a medal on, in my opinion).

Have you given McGovern's analysis any attention, other than to snip my
reference to it? Also, whether you like it or not, I believe Bush's
intelligence policies hinder shuttle launches (as a minimum). I assume
you've followed the O'Keefe headlines and that you're familiar with
Griffin's intelligence background (as it relates to Bush/Cheney
policy).
