Default binocular question

i just received a pair of old Redex 8x30 binoculars, they seem really
nice, i'm just wondering if they are valuable. They seem upon initial
inspection to be of solid construction. If so, should I use them or
save them ( they were my father in laws who passed away ). Any
comments would be appriciated

If they are especially nice, USE THEM, you'll never be sorry.
