This is the sort of "fact fixing" policy which preceded the Challenger
catastrophe. That outrageous disinformation policy was "fixed" by
Reagan, Poindexter, Casey, Graham, et al. It too involved a "UK
Connection." I mentioned it in sci.space.shuttle as an *ongoing*
problem, just a couple of months prior to 9/11:
