Default antigravity/electrogravity

Hi

I would like to hear anyone's ideas about these subjects. Why is it that it
seems only a few people around the world are researching them, and why is it
mostly hobbyists and independent inventors. Is it supressed tech? Surely
antigravity would be the most desirable tech we could possibly develop. Why is
not every major university studying this? The Biefeld-Brown effect has been
known about since the 20s - how is it possible that we don't have flying cars
yet?

Any thoughts appreciated.

With kindest regards,
Shaun
