Default Hubble maintenance and the ODS

I was wondering how much the ODS installation factored into the Hubble
decision... Can a Hubble repair mission fly with the ODS installed?

Very minor nitpick: STS-103 carried the APAS mechanism - see [1]. The
previous HST SM (STS-82) flew in the configuration you described - see [2].
