Default ADMINISTRIVIA: posting delays over holidays

Approval of postings will probably be more intermittent than usual
over the period 24 Dec -- 5 Jan, and may stop altogether between 30
Dec and 5 Jan, while the moderator takes a much-needed break from
perpetually sitting in front of a computer. Please be patient:
anything you post over the holiday period will appear eventually.

Best wishes to all s.a.r. readers for a happy holiday season and new
year.
