Default Still having Problems with Losmandy Titan Mount (after oneyear)

Howdy Rat (Bill)
If Scott would agree to shipping you the needed parts, I think that
would be great, and would be probably the best plan of attack.

There would be numerous benefits, being less down time for your mount,
no chance of damage, or loss occuring to your mount during shipping both
ways to/from Scott, and the benefit of you taking your time,
retrofitting, and carefully installing/adjusting the new parts, relube,
etc. You'll then know your mount's innards that much better, and this
is always a good thing. All should then be well, provided the parts
you're sent will correctly perform.

I've never known Scott to be problematic to work with, and he's pretty
much a good guy who wants to see 100% happy customers.

These products though aren't cheap by no means, and they should be
coming from the factory virtually 99% bug/defect free. (No one is
perfect) Sounds to me that better R+D, better selection of critical
parts, and better quality assembly techniques, and testing-shakedown
prior to shipping are needed still. Mark
