I have been offered a new Seben 900mm reflector telescope for £65, i can't
find any info on Seben,is it worth it ?

Think garbage. Just another generic name for a piece of crap
department store telescope.
Go look for a Dob from a reputable company.

If you are wealthy then yes this is a good scope for you. Buy twenty of em.

As has already been said this probably isn't a very good telescope.

You seem to be in the UK, good dealers who I've bought from are David
Hinds, SCS Astro and Telescope House.

Odd, Orion optics, if you want 'home grown' optics.
Seriously, as a comment, there is a Seben 900mm, on the UK ebay at the
moment. Bidding is at £18...
This is a _very_ cheap, and poor quality scope. The package (comprising
scope, four eyepieces, and a few other parts), retails at £14, and is
classic 'department store' scope...
