Toilets

OK, its an old one, but the description of the ISS toilet in Ed Lu's Letter
from space this week set me to thinking that surely we can do better than a
glorified pooper scooper for human waste?

and yes, i did read about the hair cut as well, someone was obviously
reading my messages!
