he basically makes an ass of himself so he would not be taken seriously is kind
of like the above fabrication that I just wrote. I'm not sure if Alan actually
wrote it, if he did, then he is being stupid, otherwise someone else wrote it
and wishes it to be attributed to him. That's my theory anyway.

From my experience in these newsgroups Alan Erskine has apparently
offended (in their minds) one or more people who take great delight in
posting inflammatory messages using his name.

This unpleasantness has also been used on some other people who
post regularly to these newsgroups.

The people who do this appear to be psychotic trouble makers
from the content of their posts.
