The CNN set-up was right next to ours
and I often drifted over there between our shoots
to hear what THEIR guests were saying, so I
could quote them -- like the words from
Erik Lindbergh, that I used in mt

people. I swear that I saw Jim Oberg standing somewhere in
the background. I have never seen Oberg in person, but I have
seen him on TV a number of times.

First I thought "Why don't they interview him?" and then I
remembered Oberg is a reporter and commentator for another
TV network. CNN probably wasn't even happy that he made
it into their picture.

At one point during the web-cast someone was asked a facts and figures
trivia question and suggested they find Jim "...who is around here
somewhere. He's good at that sort of stuff".

Right, that was Rick Searfoss,
an old buddy of mine from JSC days.
