Default Moon phase display

I am after some (free) software that displays the current moon phase on your
Windows Desktop. There is an excellent package called MoonDock for the Mac,
but could not find anything for Windows.

I use some software for my lightning tracker and the same author also
produces a handy prog for the moon
http://www.aninoquisi.com/micromoon.htm
Its not for the desktop though, rather the taskbar
