Default The usual ho-hum destructive/death cosmology courtesy of the mainstream

In The Stars: The Milky Way's Fiery End?
by Phil Berardelli
Washington DC (UPI) Sep 09, 2004

The 1951 movie, "When Worlds Collide," portrays a race for survival as
scientists attempt to build a modern-day Noah's Ark to convey a select
group of people and farm animals to a wayward but livable planet before
its moon smashes into and destroys the Earth

He'll go on posting until you stop responding - and on some groups you'd
be kill filed just for top posting, no matter what you posted.

No, you're wrong. He'll go on posting forever. Or, until his mental
illness gets so bad he can no longer function.

I always top post. No one moderates this newsgroup, so quit trying.

Yeah, he's always rude and inconsiderate and nothing's going to change him
because he doesn't care about people who don't use the same newsreader as
he does. It's the same sort of passive agressive behaviour demonstrated by
Mad Scientist... just manifests a little differently. g

What's the newsreader have to do with it?

You ARE talking about me, aren't you? =8-)

Well... if the shoe fits. g

Newsreaders which thread messages properly cause tremendous counfusion with
top posts, especially in a long thread. If a thread has 20 messages in it,
and you have top posted numbers 3, 11 and 15, it becomes almost impossible
to follow. It's not so much a matter of what you prefer, it's a matter of
common courtesy to others.

Actually, I find all these posts to be of rather short interest. I
can keep up all by myself without help from an archive. That most of
this crap is archived and wastes space on a computer somewhere is a
mindboggling waste of time and space. And, more keeps getting added
to it every day!

You can ignore my posts from now on. I won't follow the rules and add
to this waste...

While top-posting isn't always a friendly thing to do, summa rising a
kookrant from MS for instance, as you do by posting a quick few
paragraphs at the top that demolishes all of his craziness is fine,
IMHO, and succinct.

I just usually snip, so that the sum total of his crap that is
archived is slightly reduced, and the sum total of *knowledge*
archived increases slightly.

Thanks for your support, Wally!

It is obvious that Min the Failure is posting his crap just to have it
archived for future generations to ignore! Is this at least part of
the reasons for the Mad Fool doing the same thing?

Are all of the binary files archived too? I was wondering about the
illegal music files and why, if archived, the RIAA hasn't stopped it.
