Help requested to check USNO web site

If a few people could check that they can get normal access to this USNO site
and report back, I would be grateful. I can no longer access this US Naval
Observatory site and it seems that my ISP may be barred - or that the site is
not now generally available.

I use this on my DS Clock, and it has been working fine. Just checked the site and access is OK.

I can't get through either, and none of the other sites seem to work
(e.g. tycho.usno.navy.mil, psyche.usno.navy.mil)
A bit more checking shows that www.army.mil and www.navy.mil don't work
either, though the Corps of Engineers site does.

I got through with no trouble. My ISP is Demon.
