Help PLZ

Hey guys, this isn't nothing to do with astronomy but does anyone know how I
can post to news groups anonymous, Some dicks from another NG are pinging me
all the time and sending me nukes.

He pings you and sends you nukes, block his e-mail addy and just ignore the
pinging, unless his is sending like 10k packets or trying to dos you I don't
see how it could effect you.

I don't know what he's doing but it's affecting my internet speed. He's
using an anonymous news server I just want to be able to send posts without
him knowing my IP.

"I don't know what he's doing" Exactly, if you don't know then wouldn't it
be a good idea to find out.

Check your ports see whats open and what he's pinging then block them. I
dunno about anonymous servers, but you can use something like php and send
posts from a webpage with your server depending if its IP restrictive.
